Attorney Profiles

The attorneys and staff of Bricker, Landis & Hunsberger, LLP have been serving the community for over 30 years. Our attorneys have experience and expertise in various aspects of the law and are admitted to practice before local, state, and federal courts. Our attorneys and staff have been active in civic, religious, and community activities.

We have represented thousands of persons, companies, municipalities and non-profit organizations in all aspects of the law.

Robert G. Bricker

Bob Bricker received his undergraduate degree from Western Maryland College in 1967 and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1970. His practice focuses on municipal, real estate, business representation, and non-profit representation. He has served as Salford Township Solicitor since 1974 and also serves as Souderton Borough Solicitor. He has served on various community Boards including the Community Foundation for Human Development and currently serves on the Board of Indian Valley Arts Foundation, Frederick Mennonite Community, and church committees.

Jeffrey K. Landis

Jeff Landis graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in 1991 and received a J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law in 1994. His primary practice areas consist of estate planning and administration, business representation and real estate. Jeff has served on many Boards of Directors of local nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the Grand View Hospital Board, and Grand View Hospital Foundation Board, and the Dock Woods Foundation Board.

Charlotte A. Hunsberger

Charlotte Hunsberger received her B.A. from Eastern Mennonite University in 1991 and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1998. Her practice focuses on real estate, business representation, employment law, non-profit, and estate planning and administration. Charlotte serves on various Boards of Directors including Harleysville Savings Bank, Eastern Mennonite University, Souderton Mennonite Homes, and Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce.

J. Oliver Gingrich

J. Oliver Gingrich received his B.A. from Houghton College in 2000 and his J.D. from Temple University in 2006. His practice focuses primarily on estate planning and administration, business and non-profit representation, and real estate issues. He is a graduate of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute and serves on the Board of the Mennonite Historians of Eastern Pennsylvania as well as various church committees.
